Transition in Style

It's starting to get chilly in the home of (shoo); Temperatures have dropped and we've seen frost in the morning. If you're worried about looking good and staying warm at the same time, have no fear because (shoo) is here with your style solution.

We suggest layering on knitwear by Skif and BZ Artwear to stay cozy and comfortable. On your feet, look cool in these new shoes named Alberta by Jeffrey Campbell. The olive leather provides a nice complement to the wine colored BZ scarf.

Everyone knows scarfs, gloves and hats are essential for getting through winter in cooler climates, but there's no reason to be frumpy while staying warm. Nobis hats, like the one featured above and available at Atticus, allow you to look stylish without losing your precious body heat. Jen is wearing the Ms. Dizzy hat.

Below, a detailed image shoes how Jeffrey Campbell's retro inspired mary-janes look fresh with their multiple straps and brass tone buttons.
Below, Amanda models more Skif! She's wearing a reversible cardigan that can also turn into a shrug for versatility. The chunky sweater paired with the adorable and sexy Cashy by Jeffrey Campbell allows your look to say that you know how to bundle up and still have fun with fashion.
Bonus: the taupe and black leathers allow the shoe to match everything you own! We've seen peep toe shoes paired with socks and tights on the runways this fall and the unstoppable Cashy are perfect for achieving that high fashion look.
Want to play with more accessories and bold color? Start by wrapping yourself up in this fun tie-dye scarf from BZ Artwear. Jen's Garnet Flourish heels by J shoes pick up the beautiful berry tones in the scarf, making the ensemble more interesting and playful. Why wear all neutrals this winter? Play with the colors of the season!
The button details on Flourish elevate this shoe from your ordinary berry colored pump! Keeping your feet covered, like with Flourish, allows your toes to stay warm while giving you some height.
Finally, Amanda models BZ Artwear's sculptural scarf. This organic and flowing scarf is made with wool, so you're set to face the brisk winds. Stop in to try one on and see how many different looks you can create with it. Here, Amanda has paired the scarf with Jeffrey Campbell's Leslie, a two tone brown oxford mary-jane wedge. This transitional shoe will take you through fall, winter and spring!

Wear these adorable shoes with tights to add an extra layer of warmth.Stop in to (shoo) to see how we can show you the way to transition your wardrobe through the changing seasons.

Mad, for Mad Men Inspired Shoes

The popular TV show Mad Men has taken viewers back to the 1960's advertising world in New York. The (shoo) world has been influenced by the show's aesthetic. AMC describes the series as, " sexy, stylized, and provacative," and our latest arrivals are just that!

Above, Pat channels his inner Don Draper wearing these throw-back oxfords. John Fluevog CBC is a classic brown leather oxford, but the aqua laces give these shoes a modern twist that will surely turn heads at the office or while walking down State Street.

The classic oxford look continues with J Shoes Duel. Toe cap detailing. Charcoal leather. Only one word comes to mind: sleek.

And now onto the ladies . . .

Starting on the left we have Mollie Johnson by John Fluevog, Frances by Miss L-Fire, and Flourish by J Shoes

In the photo above, Jen wears Flourish by J-Shoes. This sexy black leather pump features button detailing and a combination of patent and matte leather finishes. Whereas Mad Men has all the drama in the office, our Mad Men insipred shoes, including Flourish, ensure that all the drama is on your feet instead.
Lauren wears Frances, by Miss L Fire. This spectator inspired pump has black and white leather and an amazingly adorable removable bow clip that allows you to change up the look of the shoe. Wear the shoe clip during the day for a lady-like and professional look; then, remove the clip to transform the shoe into a sexy pump for a post-work cocktail.

Finally, Jen shows off John Fluevog's Mollie Johnson. This vintage, Mad Men inspired lace-up mary-jane pump is perfect for channeling your inner Betty, Peggy, or favorite pin-up girl.
If you catch the Mad Men itch this fall, stop in to (shoo) to complete your hip and sophisticated vintage inspired wardrobe.
